HeY PuJa..Your blog is really good. Its colourful and has plenty of information about what is going on in the media.

Im gonna talk about the story about the Daily Telegraph and the daily mail. I agree with what you had to say about the fact that its fair for the other newspaper to pay their staff more. Its all about motivation. Money is what makes people work and if there isnt enough of it people will not work. There is major competition on the media and if instituions can afford to pay their staff more then why not. If the opposing newspaper has an issue about it, they should take action and do something in order for their staff to remain loyal to them. Thats my opinion still :) x

Hello Puja,

Your blog is very interesting as you have an array of different media stories, which are all different. You understand the story well exemplified through your summary and comments.

Excellent

The article in which I am going to comment on is "Love Island". This reality Tv show has made twice as much as it was targetted, where they have targetted their specific audience of 16-34 year olds. Reality Tv is doing well and ratings for these shows increase each year, as people like to know the truth. The tropical desert confinement attracts people to watch this also as they aspire to be there.

Hey Puja :)

I think the fact that you have put a lot of information about the articles gives us a better understanding of the articles. It's also very colourful and pretttyyy to look at.

Ill talk about the Daily Mail staff article. I'm going to oppose Furzana on this as she said they should move if they are paid more. I think it's more about staying loyal to the people you work with. Although money does play a massive motivating factor, i think personally it should not get in the way if you enjoy your job with the people you trust and who trust you.

Hey Puja,

Your blog is really good, very colourful, full of interesting and informative articles

Im going to comment on the Daily Mail stuff. I just think it shows how much money plays a role in the workforce and how people think. In my opinion, money shouldn't be such a key thing in determining work these days, job satisfaction should be yet i do understand why other papers pay staff more becuase its all about competition and your newspaper being number 1

Hey chik,

i really like your blog, you've included alot of information on your articles and its colourful.

i will commenting on the article 'Telegraph targets Mail associate'
i think that money will always be the most prodominent factor when it comes to work. This is what motivates people to wake up early and do the long hour shifts which they do, so why not do it at a place which pays what you are entitled to.

YOOOO PUJA loll nice touch the flower!! Your blog is looking really nice and pretty.

The story I am going to talk about is the Love Island one. Reality programmes gain a lot of supporters over the years and having love island that allows celebrities to become one another dates allows more targeting towards certain audiences of aged between 16- 25 or probably even more. I believe that these programmes is what is keeping terrestial channels more interesting too watch.

Heyy PuJa :)

Your blog looks really good. It's pretty and detailed and I like the interesting range of stories you have put up.

The story I want to talk about is the Dialy Mail one.
Although money may play a large role in todays largely economically based society I don't think that it's fair to base all aspects of your job on just this. After all isn't that you enjoy your job more important? Then again it's totally up to the staff and what they feel is the best descision for themselves right.

Helloooo gorgeous!!!

Well you know what im gonna say about your blog. Its really really detailed, and colourful. You have a range of good media stories which shows your involvement with the current news issues.

Im going to talk about the article on reality tv. I am a big fan of reality tv, and i agree with the fact that it is getting bigger and bigger amongst its audiences. The audience are getting more and more appealed in watching celebrities, or people like ourselves in real life situations. Its popularity is to do with the accuracy of reality that it shows.

Well Done!!

Hey!

Your blog is looking really colourful and i can tell you've put lots of effort into it.

Im going to tak about staff taking action over compulsory redundancies and extra duties Telegraph staff have voted to hold a three-day strike. I think the intergration of the telegraph to Victoria was a good idea and workers should be allowed to strike especially if they may be made redundant. Workers have the right to strike if they feel they are not being treated right or their job is on the line.
